How I stay organized and communicate:


Once you’ve booked and are an official client of mine- hooray, I’ll send you a link for your very own client portal right here in Pixieset. This is where we will keep your entire folder organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through 100s of email threads.

Office hours and communication turn-around


I value transparency with my clients so I want to provide you with just that. Below you will find my communication policies and a general guide to my office hours. If you send me an email, you can expect to hear back from me within 48 business hours, which means if you email me on a Friday you can expect to hear from me by the close of business on Monday. I often reply much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from me right away, I might just be staying true to my word and enjoying the life that I am working hard to build.



My "office" work hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9am - 5pm

Communication hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9am - 4pm

Meeting Days: TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS, after 4pm

Here's a peek at what you can expect:


It is my top priority to make sure you know and understand my process. I do not want you to feel stressed or overwhelmed while we are working together, so it is my job to communicate everything to you.

Once you have decided that I am the person for you, I will send you a questionnaire and we will schedule a phone call to plan out your vision.

If after the chat we both feel this is a great fit, I will review everything we discussed on the call and send you a contract for you to sign as well as a retainer invoice... just to make things more official.

03.

officially get on my schedule!


Once I receive your $50 retainer and your contract, you will officially be on my schedule.

Model release form + final payment


On the week of your session, I will send you an email reminding you of your session date, time, and location. With this, I will send you a Model Release Form and your final invoice. I ask that your Model Release Form be signed and your final invoice be paid not later than the day before your session.

We will meet accordingly to our plans... and I will provide you will an experience like never before. 

 

The day after your session, you should expect to receive a thank you email from. My clients are very important to me and it is my priority to let you know how much you are appreciated!

Choosing your photos + receiving your gallery :)


First, I will let you know when I am beginning the light edits on your gallery in the first 3 days of your session, unless discussed otherwise. Once you choose your images, I will let you know an approximate date that you should expect to receive your final gallery!

 

Then, when your gallery is ready, I will send you a link to access it. My platform is pretty easy to navigate, but incase you have a little trouble, I am always here to help!


Policies

Retainer Fee


You must pay a $50 retainer fee to book your session. This is a non-refundable fee. If you choose not to pay this fee, your session date and time will be given to someone else if they request it and pay their retainer.

Cancellations


Cancellations up to 7 days before the session, are accepted. If you cancel after the 7-day period, I will ask that you pay half of the session price. If you do not, I have the right to refuse future services to you. This does not apply to rescheduling as long as it is 7 days before the session date.

Late Policy


If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, you will be charged a $30 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be asked to pay the full price of your session, asked to reschedule for another day, and pay the full price for the second session. If you choose not to, I have the right to refuse any future services to you.

Model Release Form


Before your session, you will be asked to sign a model release form. This allows me to post your photos online. I will explain the form more in detail if needed. You can deny this form; however, your photos will not be displayed anywhere online.

Mileage Charge


If I am having to travel more than 60 miles round trip for your session, you will be charged a mileage fee of 60 cents per mile.

You will sign a contract after paying your retainer fee that states all of this.
